Parameters
- rect: Geom.Rectangle
  The rectangle object
- left: number
  The x coordinate of the left of the Rectangle.
- right: number
  The x coordinate of the right of the Rectangle.
- top: number
  The y coordinate of the top of the Rectangle.
- bottom: number
  The y coordinate of the bottom of the Rectangle.
- Optionaltolerance: number
  Tolerance allowed in the calculation, expressed in pixels. Default 0.
