Creates an XHRSettings Object with default values.
Parameters
- OptionalresponseType: XMLHttpRequestResponseType
  The responseType, such as 'text'. Default ''.
- Optionalasync: boolean
  Should the XHR request use async or not? Default true.
- Optionaluser: string
  Optional username for the XHR request. Default ''.
- Optionalpassword: string
  Optional password for the XHR request. Default ''.
- Optionaltimeout: number
  Optional XHR timeout value. Default 0.
- OptionalwithCredentials: boolean
  Optional XHR withCredentials value. Default false.
